Values

An organisation’s values lay the foundation for what the company cares about most. It provides a common purpose that all employees should understand, work towards and live by. At Pan-Asia, we uphold our company values with the highest priority.

Responsibility

Pan-Asia’s customers, business partners, investors and employees can rest assured: Sustainability, ethics and compliance with legal standards are firmly embedded in our corporate values.

Innovation

Greek philosopher Heraclitus wrote that, “the only constant in life is change.” Having innovation as a core value helps us redefine the standard of excellence to stay relevant and keep up with changing needs. Creative thinking that sparks innovation will always be encouraged and rewarded.

Integrity

We believe there is one phrase that encapsulates integrity: doing the right thing when nobody’s watching. Real integrity isn’t just about going through the motions but always following our inner moral compass, even if it leads us down a path paved with tough choices.

Quality

We take pride in providing high value products and services that we stand behind, which ensures customer satisfaction, profitability and the future of our employees and our growth. At Pan-Asia, quality will always outweigh quantity. We will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, increased profitability, and overall growth.

Sustainability

We support economic, ecological and social progress in all regions of the world. In conducting our business activities, we respect human rights, applicable legislation and international principles of responsible entrepreneurship without exception.

Pan-Asia Cares

The Pan-Asia Care – Ren Ci Hospital Charity Drive was held at the headquarters of Pan-Asia Investment Holdings Pte Ltd at Changi Business Park. The event raised a total of S$155,000 for Ren Ci Hospital, of which Pan-Asia Investment Holdings Pte Ltd donated S$100,000. Led by Pan Asia Investment Holdings, six companies, including China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Limited and Richard Mille(the world’s top mechanical watch brand), donated a total of S$55,000.. The companies or groups that participated in the fundraising were from Indonesia, France, China, Hong Kong and Singapore, with different backgrounds and influential local companies in Singapore.

The Chairman of Ren Ci Hospital, Mr. Chua Thian Poh, President of Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations, Ms. Lo Suk Ching, President of Ren Ci Hospital, and representatives of the Board of Directors of Ren Ci Hospital, were present at the event. The Chinese Embassy in Singapore also assigned Mr. Zheng Chao, Minister Counsellor, to witness the event, demonstrating the Chinese Embassy’s concern for local charities and encouragement for Chinese enterprises to take up corporate social responsibility in Singapore.

This Pan-Asia Cares event garnered wide support for the efforts of new immigrant companies to actively integrate into the local community. The guests of this event came from three sources: the CEOs or representatives of local enterprises, the CEOs or representatives of Singapore branches of large international conglomerates, and local organisations or groups such as the Singapore Tianfu Association, which have made positive and significant contributions to the integration of new immigrants into Singapore society.

“Pan Asia Care is a charitable and philanthropic care program set up by Pan Asia Investment Holdings. The program does not only provide financial support to the recipients, but also provides them with support in action and spiritual support. This donation to Ren Ci Hospital is one of the activities of “Pan Asia Cares”.  In addition, the management and all employees of Pan Asia Investment Holdings regularly participate in local volunteer activities. At the same time, all the colleagues of Pan Asia Investment Holdings, apart from their own concern for charity and participation in charity activities, also actively encourage their friends and company partners to participate in charity. Just as the charity donation activity of Ren Ci Hospital was successfully held.

The corporate culture of Pan Asia Investment Holdings strongly agrees with the saying of Kant: “It is a responsibility to do good when you have the ability to do good.” In order to assume this responsibility, the management of Pan Asia is always thinking creatively and continuously injecting richer connotations into the “Pan Asia Care” program. “As a comprehensive representative of the corporate culture of Pan Asia Investment Holdings, Pan Asia Cares is reflected in all aspects of the company. For example, Pan Asia has been in contact with NTUC and has discussed on several occasions how to help women who need flexible working hours to return to the workplace due to childcare; it is also thinking internally about the company’s existing structure and human resource plans to explore participation in the “Yellow Ribbon” program promoted by the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore to help disadvantaged groups to return to work. The company is also internally reflecting on its existing structure and human resource plans to explore the possibility of participating in projects and programs that help disadvantaged groups to return to work, such as the Yellow Ribbon initiative of the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore.

For Pan Asia Investment Holdings, the “Pan Asia Cares” program implies a philanthropic spirit of “being benevolent, being compassionate, being committed to the way of life and doing good deeds”, as well as reflecting the company’s team spirit in its philanthropic activities, thereby enhancing the company’s cohesiveness. This is a very important part of Pan Asia’s corporate values.
